Enjoying a strategic location and great potential for urban transformation, Joia Méridia is intended to become the heart of the urban technopole of Nice Eco-Vallée: a friendly, comfortable and innovative new district in the west of Nice.
As part of the call for projects “Destination Méridia,” launched by the EPA Nice Eco-Vallée, the Pitch Promotion — Eiffage Immobilier team was selected by a panel of planners and architects of international standing on 20 December, 2017.
The project intends to rethink and revisit 21st-century Nice by giving it the identity and soul of the Côte d’Azur, echoing the historical city. Over 73,500 m2, Joia Méridia will provide 51,300 m2 of housing (that is 800 houses, 7,900 m2 of hotel and hotel-service space, 6,100 m2 of shops, 2,850 m2 of offices and services, more than 5,000 m2 for the City of Well-Being and 1,220 private and public parking spaces).
Joia Méridia aspires to be a mixed, innovative and forward-looking programme, all the while respecting current requirements.
